Returns / Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of our small batch products, we do not accept returns, offer credits or exchanges unless you have received the wrong item you ordered, or it's damaged.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediatly if the item is damaged or you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We do not offer returns or refunds for buyers remorse or if you purchased the wrong item.
You must contact us with 7 days to start a claim, and you’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. In most cases, we will either replace the product(s), or offer a refund or store credit.
